Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Package Repair Coordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization.
As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will ensure goods and services are delivered on time by monitoring supplier schedules, resolving issues, and driving performance improvements. Collaborating with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality, you will use project management tools to track progress, manage critical risks, and prioritize urgent orders.
Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

Proactively manage and drive supplier delivery performance to ensure all critical goods and services arrive on time and in full.

Monitor and analyze supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), launching targeted improvement plans whenever underperformance is detected.

Lead root-cause investigations into any delivery failures and establish solid contingency measures to protect future operations.

Build trust-based relationships with key suppliers, using your influence at senior levels to secure firm delivery commitments.

Conduct assertive, solution-focused discussions with suppliers to resolve delivery delays and hold all parties accountable to agreed recovery plans.

Direct the prioritization and expediting of high-priority, urgent orders, balancing parallel and sequential activities to safeguard project timelines.

Use technical planning tools—such as Gantt charts, manufacturing plans, and critical path analysis—to shape and execute delivery strategies.

Partner closely with internal Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Commodity Management teams to clear operational bottlenecks and resolve high-priority conflicts quickly.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience leading supply chain management, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

Ideally, this experience should be within aerospace, gas turbines, or other complex, high-value engineered product environments.

A documented track record of successfully managing and improving supplier performance.

The ability to influence at senior levels and secure results under challenging circumstances.

The ability to think clearly and act decisively under pressure, using a structured, solution-driven approach to complex challenges.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, paired with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.

Competency in using project management tools and planning techniques, alongside experience translating those plans into tangible delivery improvements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to lead challenging conversations and negotiate effectively.

A collaborative leadership style with the strong interpersonal skills required to influence both external suppliers and internal cross-functional partners.
Desirable Requirements:

While a general supply chain or manufacturing background is required, experience specifically within aerospace, gas turbines, or other complex, high-value engineered products is highly preferred.

Possessing strong experience in translating technical project management tools—like Gantt charts, manufacturing plans, and critical path analysis—into real-world delivery improvements.

Having the specific confidence and polish required to lead challenging conversations and influence at senior executive levels under high-pressure circumstances.
