Description

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Analyse demand forecasts and create supply plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to optimise supply chain processes.
• Identify and resolve any supply chain issues to minimise disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on inventory and supply chain performance.
• Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Planner should have:

• Previous experience in supply chain planning or a related role within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, such as Excel and supply chain management platforms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory management practices.
• Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position based in Camberley.
