• Manage the fulfilment process for an allocated supplier category, including purchase orders and import clearance support
• Schedule and coordinate container orders from suppliers to 3PL warehouses
• Forecast replenishment requirements based on historical demand and new business activity
• Produce trend analysis and reporting to support inventory planning and decision-making
• Monitor and expedite purchase orders to maintain high service levels
• Record, investigate and close supplier non-conformances in a timely manner

As a Supply Chain Planner, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse distribution
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and manage multiple streams of data
• Experience working with ERP systems and databases for data analysis and forecasting
• A disciplined, organised approach with strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, able to work effectively with suppliers and procurement teams
• Experience working in an environment with multiple suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers
