Your Role
As a Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms with confidence, creating positive learning experiences that keep children engaged and learning. From Early Years through to Key Stage 2, you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity, supporting pupil progress and helping schools thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
- Create a calm, inclusive and positive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of all learners.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Promote high standards of behaviour through positive classroom management.
- Assess learning and provide feedback where appropriate.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Follow school policies and maintain high standards of safeguarding at all times.
We're Looking For Teachers Who...
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Can quickly adapt to different classrooms and school environments.
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues from day one.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Are reliable, professional and passionate about primary education.
- Can provide recent professional references.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one.
