Supply Teaching Assistant

Teach Now is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants for flexible primary-school work across Barnet from September.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two assignments need to look the same. You could support a Reception class one day, work alongside pupils in KS2 the next, or provide focused SEN support where your experience is most valuable.

You’ll support schools by:

• Working alongside teachers to keep pupils engaged.
  
• Supporting individuals and small groups.
  
• Helping pupils access differentiated activities.
  
• Providing additional support for SEND pupils where required.
  
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom routines.
  
• Quickly becoming a reliable part of each school team.
