Smile Education is recruiting dedicated support staff to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Hyde and the surrounding Greater Manchester area for September starts.

💷 Pay£95 – £110 per day (depending on experience and role)
📍 LocationHyde, Greater Manchester
We are recruiting for:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistants
- Level 3 Teaching Assistants
- SEN Teaching Assistants
- Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)
- Early Years Practitioners
- Nursery Teaching Assistants
- Classroom Support Staff
- Cover Supervisors
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
- Preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
- Helping children develop confidence, independence and social skills.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Following safeguarding and school policies at all times.
✔ A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
✔ Contactable professional references covering the last 24 months.
✔ An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS through Smile Education (payment required).
✔ Right to work in the UK.
