Support Worker

We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist service supporting an individual with complex mental health and emotional needs in Birmingham.
You will provide person-centred 2:1 support, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing while maintaining a safe environment and responding appropriately to distress or crisis.
Essential experience/training:
- Ligature training
- Medication training
- EUPD awareness
- Conflict management & de-escalation (CPI)
- Self-harm awareness/management
- Emergency First Aid at Work
Shifts:
- Day: 08:00–22:00
- Wake Night: 22:00–08:00
Experience in mental health, supported living or residential care is highly desirable. We are looking for reliable, resilient and confident Support Workers who can remain calm in challenging situations and work effectively as part of a 2:1 team.
