Sleep-In Rate: £50 per sleep

The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma, mental health difficulties and complex needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and emotional support.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Supporting education, daily routines and independent living skills.
- Managing challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques.
- Administering medication where required.
- Completing accurate daily records and safeguarding documentation.
- Working alongside colleagues, families and external professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or willing to work towards).
- A caring, patient and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
