Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Worker to join a dedicated team supporting service users with complex care needs in the B69 area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and skilled care professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and promoting the wellbeing and independence of service users.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience

• Previous experience within complex care is essential

• Must have experience and be confident in stoma care

• Experience supporting service users with additional needs is desirable

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to care

• A caring, reliable, and person-centred attitude
