About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal times, and mobility support.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, offering companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions in collaboration with nursing staff.
• Support and mentor junior care assistants, ensuring high standards of care.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' well-being.

Required Criteria

• Right to work in the UK/Ireland
• Have a full clean driving licence
• 2 years experience working in care
