Support Workers – £12.71 per hour
We are currently recruiting Support Workers through Simple Recruitment to provide high-quality care and support across a range of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for regular shifts and flexible working arrangements.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be working with clients who have learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Your role will involve supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities
- Promote independence and choice
- Support individuals with emotional and mental wellbeing
- Work across various client services as required
Requirements:
- Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential
- A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- A valid DBS certificate, or willingness to complete one
- Flexibility to work regular shifts across different services
