Supported Living Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Accommodation Manager to lead our service supporting young people aged 16–18.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, leading a team of support staff and ensuring our young people receive safe, high-quality and personalised support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the staff team.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people.
• Oversee support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding.
• Promote independence, confidence and life skills.
• Work closely with social workers, local authorities and other professionals.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience managing or supervising within a young people, care, housing or supported accommodation setting.
• Has strong leadership and communication skills.
• Is passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
• Is confident dealing with safeguarding and challenging situations.
• Is organised, reliable and professional.

Enhanced DBS and relevant background checks will be required.
