Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing and other candidate attraction methods.
Excellent organisation, communication and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, practical mindset with the confidence to suggest different approaches and improve how things are done.
More important than following a rigid recruitment process is your ability to think independently, build relationships and deliver results.
