We're supporting a well-established global organisation through a significant transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People team on an initial 4–5 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment while partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a range of specialist and managerial vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead vacancy briefing meetings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and other direct sourcing channels.
- Provide recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment activity against agreed KPIs, using recruitment data and market insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining high standards of compliance and data accuracy.
- Support recruitment activity linked to organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Promote inclusive recruitment practices and contribute to attracting diverse talent.
About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across professional, specialist or management-level roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience sourcing candidates through direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter and digital attraction methods
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Confidence using recruitment data and reporting to inform hiring decisions
- Experience working within fast-paced, matrix or complex organisations
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as SuccessFactors or similar
