Rate: £19 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
Hours: Monday – Friday, 36 hours PW
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced TA Partner to join a busy UK Resourcing Team on a contract basis.
This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to London required. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, providing a customer-focused recruitment service and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
The Role
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements
- Provide end-to-end recruitment advice and support across a range of roles
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify suitable candidates
- Manage recruitment activity from initial briefing through to appointment
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Provide guidance on recruitment processes, best practice and appropriate sourcing approaches
- Support both permanent and temporary recruitment requirements
- Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Develop a strong understanding of the teams you support and their future recruitment needs
About You
- Experience working as an internal recruiter, resourcing consultant or agency recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to understand recruitment requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies
