The Bukola Group is partnering with an established international technical engineering and construction business to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner. This organisation delivers complex design-and-build projects across sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, logistics, data centres and advanced manufacturing.
This is a hands-on recruitment role supporting both operational and corporate hiring. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to workforce planning, employer brand activity, talent pipelining and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across construction, technical and corporate vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans and recruitment priorities.
- Create and manage vacancy adverts across relevant job boards, social media and attraction channels.
- Proactively source candidates through headhunting, networking, talent mapping and direct approach methods.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interview processes and manage stakeholder communication throughout.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and insight on candidate availability.
- Support direct sourcing initiatives to reduce reliance on agency spend.
- Manage offers, negotiations and onboarding handovers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future and hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Support employer branding activity, careers events and referral programmes.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and candidate conversion.
- Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation and best practice.

- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, technical or project-led environments.
- Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using job boards, LinkedIn and direct sourcing methods.
- Ability to provide market insight and influence hiring decisions.
- Data centre recruitment experience would be highly desirable.
