As a TA Specialist in the transport and distribution industry, you'll play a key role in managing recruitment processes, ensuring the business attracts the best talent. Based in Leicestershire, you'll support the human resources team in delivering efficient and effective recruitment strategies.

Description

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment advice.
• Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting for compliance and analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to prospective candidates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Profile

A successful TA Specialist should have:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within transport and distribution or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Job Offer

• Salary of £40,000 to £42,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• 4%/4% pension scheme.
• 26 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
• Permanent position based in Leicester
• 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
