Hays HR are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing professional services organisation based in Leeds to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis.This opportunity has arisen to provide additional recruitment support during a period of sustained business growth whilst the organisation recruits a permanent member of the team. Operating within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and onboarding talent across a range of corporate support functions.
Your New RoleWorking closely with hiring managers across the business, you will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for a variety of support roles including Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal Compliance and other central services positions.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously across a range of business functions
  • Taking detailed recruitment briefs from hiring managers and advising on attraction strategies
  • Writing and posting engaging job advertisements across relevant recruitment channels
  • Proactively sourcing and approaching suitable candidates
  • Conducting candidate screening and telephone interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and assessment centre activities
  • Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting all onboarding activities for successful candidates
  • Issuing induction packs and pre-employment documentation
  • Coordinating HR and IT induction arrangements
  • Managing third-party providers to complete reference checks and other pre-employment screening requirements
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting activity to stakeholders
  • Occasional HR administration support and dealing with HR queries

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns (12 months' +)
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition experience
  • Experience working within a professional services, legal, financial services, regulated or corporate environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise hiring managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities
  • Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment checks
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience of UK HR and Employment Law
  • The ability to start at short notice
