Description

• Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including corporate, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare and review regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements in tax and reporting operations.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
• Provide technical tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.

Profile

A successful Tax & Regulatory Reporting Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or taxation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
• Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and reporting processes within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in managing regulatory reporting and liaising with tax authorities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment such as Richmond.
