Teachers and teaching assistants Required

Duties

• Support classroom activities by assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to reinforce learning concepts
• Help create an inclusive environment for students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Assist with toddler care routines such as feeding, diapering, and gentle supervision during playtime
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
• Monitor student behavior and provide positive reinforcement to encourage good conduct

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of special education strategies and experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with young learners and their families
• Experience in tutoring or mentoring children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and inclusive teaching practices
• Passion for early childhood development and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives
