Role: Teaching Assistant in a Reflection room

Location: Cannock

Pay: £95-£125

Hours: Full time

Academics are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a reflection room, The reflection room is used for a range of things varying from emotional regulation to students who require extra support.. The ideal candidate needs to have prior experience working with Children and needs to have a calm and approachable manor.

The Role:

• Support children in emotional distress with their learning
• Support staff and students
• Help students reset ready to go back into the classroom.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to get one.
• Previous childcare experience
• Clear and professional communication with students and staff
• The ability to remain impartial and respectful

Academics is looking for someone with the ability to adapt to high pressure and ever changing environments whilst remaining calm and can still deliver a high level of support.
