Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Daventry?

Hays Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Daventry who are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to provide temporary classroom support on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, or individuals with relevant childcare experience who are looking for flexible work that fits around their lifestyle.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them reach their full potential.
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

What You'll Need:

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare or youth setting.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Hays.
