Contract: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Do you enjoy helping children develop confidence and achieve their potential? A friendly and inclusive Primary School in Breightmet, Bolton is looking to recruit a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to become part of their Key Stage 2 team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a classroom environment and enjoys supporting pupils both academically and personally. Working alongside an experienced Year 5 teacher, you'll play a key role in creating a positive learning experience for every child.

• Supporting the Year 5 teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
• Working with small groups to reinforce learning in Maths and English
• Providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance
• Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil independence
• Assisting with assessment activities and monitoring pupil progress
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

• Has previous experience working within a primary school
• Enjoys working with Key Stage 2 pupils
• Is confident supporting learning across the curriculum
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping children succeed
• Can create a positive and encouraging learning environment
