EYFS Teaching Assistant – DN4, Doncaster

Location: DN4, Doncaster
Role: Teaching Assistant – EYFS
Hours: Monday & Tuesday
Start Date: September 2026

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in the DN4 area of Doncaster.

This is a part-time role working every Monday and Tuesday, supporting children within the EYFS setting.

The Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support children with their learning and development
  • Work alongside the class teacher and wider school team
  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Support children with their day-to-day needs
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience working with children, ideally within EYFS or a primary school
  • Is caring, patient and enthusiastic
  • Can build positive relationships with children
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Is reliable and committed to the two-day working pattern
