🎓 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHC plan).
• Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
• Track and report on student progress and development.

📋 Requirements:

• Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
