Teaching Assistant

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils and teaching staff, providing classroom support and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. The role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, including children with additional learning and SEND needs.

- Previous experience working within a school or educational setting
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
- Patient, caring and nurturing approach
- Confident supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
