The Role:
* Full-time Teaching Assistant position supporting pupils across the primary age range
* Working closely with class teachers to support learning and classroom activities
* Providing targeted support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assisting with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
* Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development
* Helping to create a positive learning environment throughout the school in Hounslow

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential
* SEN Teaching Assistants are strongly encouraged to apply
* Graduates considering a future career in teaching are encouraged to apply
* Positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about helping pupils achieve their best
