A highly inclusive and ambitious primary school in Lambeth is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join its team from 7th September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who wants more than a purely classroom-based role. The school has a strong reputation for knowing its pupils well, maintaining high expectations and providing carefully targeted support to help children make excellent progress.

You will work alongside experienced teachers and the school's inclusion team, supporting pupils both individually and in small groups. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support across the primary age range
• Deliver targeted interventions in reading, phonics, writing and maths
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Help children develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
• Work alongside teachers to adapt activities and resources
• Support pupils during lessons, playtimes and wider school activities
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment
