⭐ Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or as part of the wider class

⭐ Assisting with interventions and targeted learning activities

⭐ Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

⭐ Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and Additional Learning Needs (ALN) settings

⭐ Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

✔ Experience working with children or young people is desirable

✔ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

✔ No formal qualifications required – transferable skills and the right attitude are highly valued
