As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping children learn, build confidence and reach their full potential. No two days are the same, making this a rewarding opportunity for anyone passionate about education and child development.

As a Teaching Assistant, you may:

• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support literacy, numeracy and classroom-based learning.
• Work with children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• Encourage confidence, participation and positive behaviour.

We'd love to hear from people who:

• Have experience working with children or young people.
• Have experience supporting individuals with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or Special Educational Needs (SEN) (desirable but not essential).
• Are caring, patient and enthusiastic.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Are eager to learn and develop within education.
• Bring transferable skills from childcare, coaching, youth work, care work, customer service or community roles.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one.

No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required. If you're passionate about supporting children's learning and development, we'd love to hear from you.
