Pay: £92.63 per day

‍ The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning and development.
  • Assisting with engaging lessons and activities.
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Providing additional support to pupils who may need extra guidance.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

Requirements

Experience working with children or within an educational setting is desirable but not essential—we're looking for the right attitude just as much as experience.

You'll also need:

  • A Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
