Protocol Education is working closely with a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Harlow who are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated support staff to join their teams from September.
You could be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or secondary settings, helping children to build confidence, develop academically and thrive in the classroom.
The role may include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Helping with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and social development
- Supporting the wider classroom and school team
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about supporting children and young people
- Reliable, patient and enthusiastic
- Confident working as part of a team
- Ideally experienced working with children or young people
- Interested in developing their career within education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
