Job Title: Team Coordinator

Location: Crewe

Contract Type: Temporary (5 months)

End Date: 26th February 2027 - Possible Extension

Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Hybrid 4 days in office per week.

Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading organisation in the manufacturing and production sector, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Coordinator to join their team in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting operational and specialist activities while working within a vibrant team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Coordination:

  • Provide organisational support by arranging meetings, events, and travel.
  • Manage diaries and coordinate senior management strategy and review events.
  • Maintain communication across the department and ensure office infrastructure is in place.

Develop and Maintain:

  • Create and maintain reporting databases and ensure timely distribution of departmental information.
  • Prepare presentations and provide administrative support for consistency in task coordination.
  • Plan and oversee departmental training and development activities.

Planning and Analysis:

  • Support departmental planning and budget management through data coordination.
  • Monitor and control cost centre budgets and assist with re-forecasting activities.
  • Identify issues affecting operations and recommend remedial actions.

Project Work and Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct data analysis to support recommendations for process improvements.
  • Engage in various project activities as directed.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A self-starter who can prioritise workload effectively while working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven analytical and organisational capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate/advanced level.
