Location: Burton-on-Trent area
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + sleep-ins (£60) + overtime
We're recruiting an experienced Team Leader for a 3-bed therapeutic children's home supporting young people (8-17) with EBD, trauma, and complex needs.
Key Duties:
- Lead shifts and support staff
- Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Support young people's emotional & behavioural development
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare
- 1+ year's residential experience
- EBD/complex needs experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
