Technical Manager – Structures/Enabling Works

Technical Manager/Design Manager with Structures/Enabling Works experience required for an established C.London Contractor. The successful Technical Manager/Design Manager will be working with a high performing pre-construction and bid team, tendering for projects in zones 1 & 2 in C.London. Technical Manager/Design Manager will ideally have experience of enabling works, subterranean construction, steel frame, façade retention, RC Frame, Demolition and other packages related to enabling woks. Technical Manager/Design Manager with strong structural experience in the area of C.London projects are desirable. Technical Manager/Design Manager will be working closely with the Preconstruction Director. The Technical Manager/Design Manager will be working from the Charing Cross head office on a full time 5 days a week basis.

Technical Manager/Design Manager – Key Skills

• Structural background essential
• Enabling Works/Civils project experience
• Strong background in tendering for projects in Zones 1 & 2
• Solid background delivering for sector leading brands

Technical Manager/Design Manager – Salary & Benefits

• £85,000 - £95,000 (Negotiable for right candidate) 
• All travel expenses paid
