Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a highly successful and growing Automotive Parts Supplier to recruit for a TELESALES EXECUTIVE for their most prestige automotive brand!

This proactive sales role is all about the numbers - the more calls the more commission you will make as its UNCAPPED!

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales.
  • Promote and present our products and services effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software accordingly.
  • Utilise bespoke CRM platform to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Working to clear targets and KPI's

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals eager to excel in a vibrant sales environment, leveraging their communication skills and sales expertise to drive business growth.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Salary - £30,000 plus uncapped commission

Experience in telephone sales is essential !
