Telescopic Forklift

We are seeking a dynamic and safety-conscious Telescopic Forklift Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate a telescopic forklift—also known as a telehandler—to efficiently move, lift, and position materials across our facility. Responsibilities

• Safely operate telescopic forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and yard areas
• Conduct routine inspections of the forklift before each shift to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Assist with stacking, organizing, and storing inventory in designated areas with precision and care
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movement for production or shipping needs
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage in accordance with company procedures
• Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting and basic maintenance on the forklift as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience operating telescopic forklifts or telehandlers in a commercial setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge to identify issues and perform basic repairs or adjustments
• Valid commercial driving license with relevant certification for operating heavy machinery
• Familiarity with other equipment such as excavators is a plus, demonstrating versatility in machinery handling
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure safe and accurate material handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
