Temporary Database Administrator - Raiser's Edge

Our local client is seeking critical database support on an immediate, temporary basis. In order to be considered it is essential you have previous experience using Raiser's Edge.

Starting ASAP, the role will assist the team with essential data management support.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require a speedy start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Database Administrator (Raiser's Edge) Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring administrative procedures are followed, such as saving written correspondence and updating the project database
• Checking Excel files and following strict data confidentiality controls
• Updating and maintaining the database
• Dealing with queries and actioning them accordingly

Temporary Database Administrator (Raiser's Edge) Experience Essentials

• Strong administrative and organisational skills gained in a data-focussed role
• To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail and a working knowledge of Raiser's Edge.
• Confident communicator in written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
