The client is seeking a proven HR or Talent Administrator, with experience gained in a fast-paced, commercial setting.
Please note, this is a full-time, office-based, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing and scheduling a high volume of interviews with candidates to ensure a smooth workflow
- Greeting candidates upon arrival for interviews and performing right to work checks
- Assisting with diary management for senior leaders
- Supporting the talent team with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
- Coordinating interview logistics across multiple time zones as required
- Maintaining accurate records in HRIS (Workable), Outlook, and internal databases
- Providing excellent candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations
Temporary Recruitment Administrator Rewards
- 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Temporary Recruitment Administrator Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent administration within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and MS Teams
- Experience using Workable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations relating to UK recruitment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- An approachable, collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset
