THE ROLE: A fantastic sales opportunity exists within this continually growing healthcare SME. As Area Manager for the Yorkshire and North East and region, you will work across three established product areas and seek opportunities to upsell, cross sell and maximise the business presence in ENT, reconstructive plastics and Otology. They have excellent training, product support, with clinical trainers to provide education and technical support but candidates will need to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for learning technical products and absorbing clinical information. Typical touch points in the NHS will include plastics, maxillofacial and ENT surgeons and consultants, theatre teams, procurement, ENT consultants, speech & language therapists and nurses. Tasked with growing an already thriving customer base, this is an involved, hands-on role with daily travel across Yorkshire and North East region. Someone who has sold across multiple departments in hospitals and who can network, upsell and cross- sell effectively within NHS trusts is a great asset in this role
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS::
- Surgical or devices sales experience within hospitals
- At least 3 years of territory management experience
- Strong stability on the CV with a proven track record
- Ability to sell across a varied portfolio
- Clinically focussed
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package for Territory Manager:
- Basic salary £50-64k (depending on experience)
- Commission of £20-25k+ (uncapped)
- Car Allowance or electric car
