Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a stable role with flexible working hours and a great team environment? Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join their growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work Monday to Friday with a competitive hourly rate, generous holiday allowance, and a range of staff benefits.
As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high quality welded components while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MIG welding on a variety of metal components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare materials for welding and assembly.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (essential).
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.
Package & Benefits:
- Up to £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
- 5 hour per week contract.
- Flexible working hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- Monday to Friday working.
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
