Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a stable role with flexible working hours and a great team environment? Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join their growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work Monday to Friday with a competitive hourly rate, generous holiday allowance, and a range of staff benefits.

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high quality welded components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out MIG welding on a variety of metal components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare materials for welding and assembly.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
  • Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (essential).
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.


Package & Benefits:

  • Up to £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
  • 5 hour per week contract.
  • Flexible working hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm.
  • Monday to Friday working.
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
