Job Title: Trade Implementation Advisor

Introduction:
Our client, a prominent player in the banking sector, is seeking a skilled Trade Implementation Advisor to support their trade products onboarding process. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless integration of clients into the organisation's trade finance services, including Letters of Credit, Collections, Guarantees, Trade Loans, and Supply Chain Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding for various trade finance products, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
• Facilitate the preparation and submission of monthly reports to both internal stakeholders and external clients, maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with business partners and support teams to onboard new clients effectively.
• Handle trade documentation and liaise with business/sales and support teams to ensure all processes are followed meticulously.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
• Maintain excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Exhibit strong time management capabilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Contribute positively as a team player, supporting colleagues and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all client interactions to foster trust and reliability.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in client onboarding, particularly within trade finance products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance products, including but not limited to Letters of Credit, Collections, Guarantees, Trade Loans, and Supply Chain Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to create and manage reports and documentation effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, enabling accurate and confident conversations with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective interactions with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying demands and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Previous experience in onboarding clients from scratch is essential.
