Core Group is Hiring – Traffic Marshal

Core Group is currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal for our client’s project in the Reading area.

Job Title: Traffic Marshal
Location: Reading, RG6
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: September

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification
• Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction sites
• Good understanding of site health and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Duties Include:

• Carrying out Traffic Marshal duties to safely manage vehicle and pedestrian movements
• Directing site traffic and deliveries in accordance with site safety procedures
• Ensuring safe access and egress while maintaining a safe working environment
