Location: Near Uxbridge, Middlesex
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–12:00pm

Syntech Recruitment is partnering with a world-leading aerospace manufacturer responsible for producing life-saving equipment used by military pilots around the globe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Trainee Aerospace Assembly Technician to join their highly skilled Parachute Packing team.
This is a fully trained position offering long-term career development within a stable and highly respected engineering business.

Responsibilities
- Learn specialist aerospace assembly and inspection techniques
- Assemble and prepare safety-critical aerospace components
- Follow detailed engineering drawings, technical manuals and work instructions
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards
- Use hand tools and specialist equipment safely and accurately
- Handle materials and components with care and precision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We're Looking For
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Previous aerospace experience is not required.
You'll be a good fit if you possess:
- A genuine interest in aviation, engineering or manufacturing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- The ability to follow detailed instructions and drawings
- A patient, methodical approach to work
- Strong reliability and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience building LEGO, model aircraft, drones, RC vehicles, miniatures, gaming PCs or similar precision-focused hobbies would be highly advantageous.
