Your responsibilities as Trainee Commercial Window Cleaner
  • Carry out commercial glass cleaning using traditional and water-fed pole techniques
  • Learn to complete pressure washing, gutter and high-level cleaning safely
  • Support specialist industrial cleaning work across a variety of customer sites
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it remains clean, safe and ready for use
  • Travel to customer sites across the Midlands and occasionally elsewhere in the UK
  • Follow safe working procedures while delivering a consistently high standard of service
What we’re looking for in a Trainee Commercial Window Cleaner
  • Based within the B25 area of Birmingham
  • Comfortable undertaking practical, physically active work outdoors
  • Able to work safely at height once fully trained
  • Able to travel to different customer sites and work flexibly around site requirements
  • Ability to follow training, safety procedures and instructions when using specialist equipment
Working hours vary depending on customer requirements and site locations, with early starts and early finishes forming part of the role. Flexibility around working times and travel is required.
