Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 DOE/qualifications & pathway

We're looking for an ambitious, creative and organised individual to join Guidant Global as a Communications Coordinator through either a trainee or apprenticeship pathway, depending on experience and eligibility.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across communications, branding, stakeholder engagement and insight-led projects, while working alongside experienced communications and business intelligence professionals. You'll help turn complex information into clear, engaging content that supports customers, hiring managers, associates and wider business teams.

About You;

  • Looking to start an apprenticeship or trainee role in communications (subject to eligibility)
  • Ideally degree educated in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related subject, although we welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate relevant skills, experience and potential
  • Strong communicator with excellent written skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with an interest in content, branding, storytelling and engagement
  • Canva experience is desirable

Candidates with existing qualifications in PR, Marketing, Communications or similar subjects may not be eligible for an apprenticeship pathway. However, they will still be considered through our trainee pathway. This role sits within a central government environment, which means successful candidates will need to go through an enhanced security clearance process.
