My client is a leading supplier of high-end hydration and refreshment systems for commercial spaces, trusted by some of the UK's biggest brands. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll travel to client sites to install, service, and maintain advanced water systems, ensuring they perform flawlessly.
You'll receive comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and the backing of a supportive engineering team — all while working with innovative, sustainable technology.
The Role - Field Service Technician:
- Installation, servicing, and repair of tap units tailored to customer needs.
- Manage Van stock and inventory to ensure availability of units and parts.
- Be a confident and professional representative of my client.
- Ensure any technical knowledge is kept up to date and all mandatory training is completed.
- Cover West London, Heathrow and surrounding areas.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- Previous experience servicing, repairing or maintaining equipment, ideally within white goods or domestic/commercial appliances.
- Confident using hand tools and basic testing equipment, including a multimeter.
- Previous experience working directly with customers in a service environment.
- Comfortable with the manual handling/heavy lifting involved within the position.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Happy working independently in a field-based position.
The Package:
- £28,000 - £32,000 starting salary.
- 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
