Trainee Machine Operator

MET are currently looking for Trainee Machine Operators for a client based in the Cradley Heath area!

Requirements/Duties:

• Training on an Extrustion Machine
• Production and Manufacturing experience
• Material Handler
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the work area
• Assist in root cause analysis for production defects and contribute to the implementation of effective corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Control department to ensure all products consistently meet or exceed customer specifications

Shifts:

• Continental shifts - 6:30am to 6:30pm. 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights. Wk 1 is Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun. Wk 2 is Wed/Thurs/Fri. First 2 weeks days, next 2 weeks nights and so on & so forth

Pay:

• £12.71 to start, with a increase up to £15 an hr once going perm
