Trainee Print Finisher – Night Shift

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Pay: £13.34 per hour
Job: Temporary at first, with the chance to become permanent
Hours: While training - Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00. Once you're fully trained, it changes to Sunday–Thursday 22:00-06:00.

About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Southend-on-Sea for a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as a Trainee Print Finisher on a permanent night shift basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the print and manufacturing industry — and full training is provided, so no print finishing experience is needed.

What you'd be doing

• Assisting with finishing and preparing printed products.
• Working as part of a production team.
• Following instructions and procedures during your training period.
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Making sure work is completed on time and to the right standard.

What they're looking for

• You need previous factory/manufacturing experience.
• You don't need experience in print finishing — they will train you.
• Someone reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Comfortable working nights.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willing to learn.
