Roundhouse Recruitment was founded by a recruiter who achieved the highest performance records as both a consultant and a manager in his previous company's history. Now, he's building his own team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to follow a similar path.

You'll work directly alongside the founder, receiving intensive one-to-one training in recruitment, sales psychology, negotiation and winning new business. You'll learn the skills, techniques and processes behind building a highly profitable recruitment desk, with the guidance and support to put them into practice.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with engineering businesses, identify recruitment opportunities and win new clients.
• Source, interview and build relationships with candidates across specialist engineering markets.
• Match suitable candidates with vacancies, managing the recruitment process from initial introduction through to placement.
• Build your own specialist recruitment desk, developing a strong understanding of your market and clients.
• Work towards performance targets while developing the commercial skills required to become a successful recruitment consultant.
